特羅吉是我們最鐘愛的一款元素酒，也屬混合品種，包括西拉，格連納什和多賽托，釀造過程中我們使用了天然法國橡木桶保存，能夠在短時間內將煙葉、摩卡和黑莓的味道巧妙融合。此酒大氣、甘美，與主菜（如上等排骨、菲力牛排或瑪麗亞風格三尖）配合享用，口味尤佳。

The Trilogy is our personal favorite Element wine. It is a blend of various varietals, including Syrah,Grenache, and Dolchetto this wine has been barrel aged in neutral and newer French oak cooperage. It is well integrated in its youth, with subtle hints of tobacco leaf, mocha and blackberry. A bold, luscious wine, it shows best when paired with formidable meals, including prime rib, filet mignon or Santa Maria-style Tri-Tip.

Il Trilogy è il nostro preferito tra i vini Element. Si tratta di una miscela di vari vitigni, tra cui Syrah, Grenache, e Dolcetto. Questo vino è stato invecchiato in botti nuovi di rovere Francese.E’ un vino giovane, con sottili suggerimenti di foglie di tabacco, moka e mora. Un vino audace e succulento, ottimo in abbinamento con pasti ricchi, tra cui costolette, filet mignon o Tri-Tip in stile Santa Maria .
