2011年，我們莊園黑皮諾的種植面積為31英畝。此款酒品帶有石榴紅般的誘人色澤，釀造期間葡萄的濃郁香氣彌漫在葡萄壓榨機周圍。
后味為性感白胡椒，口感醇香豐滿。樹莓，松樹的香氣也尤為沁人心肺。濃厚的質感非常適合搭配我們的烤通心粉阿爾弗雷多及波特貝拉蘑菇。

Sourced off our vineyard where we have 31 acres planted in 2011. The fruit was very nice and beautiful aromas surrounded the crusher during wine making. Garnet in color, white pepper finishing with a nice mouth-feel & structure. Notes of raspberry, fresh pine tree. Fruit driven with creamy texture, this wine pairs well with our baked penne alfredo with Portabella mushroom.

Originato dal nostro vigneto in cui abbiamo 31 ettari piantati. Durante la vinificazione di questo vino si sono sprigionati effluvi dagli aromi intensi. Di colore granato, con sapori che ricordano il aroma di pepe bianco, è molto piacevole al palato. Esprime note di lampone e pino fresco. Questo vino si abbina bene con le nostre Penne Alfredo al forno e con i funghi Portabello.
